With over five years of experience training and racing in road running, Ironman triathlon, and trail and ultra-distance events, I bring both practical athletic experience and a data-informed coaching approach. My professional background in analytics and leadership shapes a structured, individualized methodology that balances performance with durability and life demands.
I specialize in training consistency, volume management, and fueling and hydration strategies for long-distance athletes. Coaching certifications through Athletics Canada and UESCA (Ultra Endurance) are currently in progress.
