Founded by North Shore athlete Stuart Strang, the coaching approach combines over five years of endurance racing experience with a data-informed training philosophy. Stuart’s background in analytics and leadership shapes a structured, individualized methodology that balances performance with durability and the realities of everyday life.
With a focus on training consistency, intelligent volume management, and effective fueling and hydration strategies, North Shore Endurance Coaching helps athletes build the strength and resilience needed for long-term progress and big goals in the mountains and beyond.
